These terms govern your use of the Veralux Finance website and member platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or paying for a membership you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Veralux is — and is not
Veralux is an independent research and portfolio-intelligence service. We publish research notes, build analytics on top of data you upload, and answer questions through our analyst desk.
Veralux is not:
- a bank, broker-dealer, custodian, or trading venue;
- a registered investment adviser providing personalised advice;
- a discretionary or non-discretionary portfolio manager;
- a tax, legal, or accounting advisor.
Nothing on the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, and nothing constitutes personalised investment advice. See the full disclaimer.
Accounts and membership
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Memberships are personal — sharing access with non-members is not permitted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Subscriptions and payment
Membership fees are billed at the published rate for the tier you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Your data and uploads
You retain ownership of the portfolio and statement data you upload. You grant Veralux a limited licence to process that data solely to operate the Service for you. We will not share your data with banks, brokers, or third-party marketers.
Research content
Research notes, alerts, and analytics are provided for your personal, informational use only. You may not redistribute, republish, or resell them. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veralux is not liable for any investment losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time. We may terminate access immediately for material breach of these terms. On termination your data is deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Veralux Finance's operating entity. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
